Reserve a field or cage and see exactly what's already taken for the day.

Weeknights
Fields 1, 2 and 3 rent in 90-minute practice slots only, 5:30 to 7:00 PM or 7:00 to 8:30 PM. No other start times or lengths are available on those fields between 5:30 and 8:30 PM. This keeps every team's shot at a full practice equal. Fields 4 & 5 book normally at any time, as do all fields before 5:30 PM, after 8:30 PM, and all weekend.
How to book a field rental
  1. Check what's already taken. The Availability grid shows every field for one day at a time. Green means open, red means booked. Use the arrows or the date box to look at another day. The grid is a reference only, you can't book from it.
  2. Fill out the booking form on this page, working straight down from Step 1 to Step 5. That form is the only way to reserve a time.
  3. Pick your date, then your field, then how long you need. You have to choose the field and the length before any start times will appear.
  4. Choose your start time from the Start time dropdown. Only times that are actually free will be listed. If the time you wanted isn't there, it's already booked or it's outside our hours, so try another day or a shorter rental.
  5. Add your team info and choose how you'll pay. Once you submit, you'll get a confirmation code. Write it down or screenshot it.
Hours: Monday to Friday 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Lights get added automatically if your rental runs close to sunset, and the lights price applies.

In consideration of being permitted to use the fields, batting cages, and facilities at Huckabee Park, I, on behalf of myself, my team, its players, coaches, and guests, acknowledge that participation in baseball, softball, and related activities involves inherent risks of injury or property damage.

I agree to assume all such risks and to release, waive, and hold harmless Huckabee Park, Horry County, and their staff and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of the use of the facilities, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I confirm that all participants under my supervision are appropriately insured, that I will supervise my team at all times, leave the facility in good condition, and follow all park rules and staff instructions.

Weeknight practice slots: between 5:30 and 8:30 PM, Fields 1, 2 and 3 rent only as full 90-minute slots, 5:30 to 7:00 PM or 7:00 to 8:30 PM. Fields 4 & 5 and weekends are unaffected.
Fields 1, 2 & 3 include one batting cage with your rental, free.
Fields 4 & 5 are for 8U and under, and rent together as one unit: one large field, or two T-ball fields.
There are 3 batting cages — one comes with each of Fields 1, 2 & 3. Cages aren't rented separately.
